Product Description for Scalamandre Maison Zebra Blue Stool
The Scalamandre zebra pattern in the color of blue denim is your fun accent table or garden stool, perfect by the chair as a table or as an extra pull up stool on the patio. Its for the adventurer in us all. A little background history: In 1945, Flora Scalamandre was asked by a friend in New York, Gino Circiello, who was opening a small restaurant to develop a fun, animated wallpaper for his new restaurant Gino's. He fell in love with the whimsical repeat of the prancing zebras that she presented to him. The motif was instantly put into repeat and printed on wallpaper in the color of the rich marinara sauce. Its still a hit today! Scalamandre offers the pattern in fabric and wallpaper in a multiple of colors. Garden seat measures: 19"H x 12" diameter Materials: porcelain
