Product Description for Phillips Collection Atlas Sculpture Freeform High Lift With Base Tabletop
The Atlas Lifting Wood Sculpture has a storied namesake. In Greek mythology, Atlas was the Titan god of endurance whom Zeus tasked with holding up the celestial heavens for eternity. The black figures extending from the black base on this sculpture, which support the organically shaped wood artifact, have as weighty a job as the mythical hero. With this sculpture, weve taken a piece of chamcha wood that would have been one of Natures castaways and made it into an elemental design statement. Given with the minimal feel of this composition, the overall style is fitting for a number of interiors, including contemporary, modern farmhouse, and industrial chic. There are a variety of furnishings and accessories in the Atlas Collection that reflect the ethos Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic. We have three decorative sculptures in this series.

Care Instructions: Clean with a soft damp cloth, then wipe dry. You may also clean it with a wood conditioner such as Pledge. Spray a thin coat of the cleaner onto the wood surface and wipe it down with a clean cloth. Do not use cleaners that contain alcohol, ammonia, bleach, pumice, or abrasives.
Country of origin: Thailand
This piece is crafted from natural solid wood. Color and texture in wood will vary and natural holes and subtle openings add unique character to your piece. Wood "breathes" and it is normal for cracks to present themselves over time. This is NOT considered a defect.

Phillips Collection accepts returns within a 30 day period from receipt of the product with a 25% restocking fee and return shipping paid by the customer. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and a photo of the problem.
