Exquisite Rugs returns (except damaged merchandise) with the manufacturer’s approval will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All restocking fees are deducted from the overall refund after the return is confirmed and received by the manufacturer. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Only unused products will be accepted for return

All returns must be uncut. Wallpaper returns must be uncut and in the original wrapping. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

All sale items are Limited Stock and final sale unless damaged. There are no returns, samples or CFAs.

This is a hand crafted product, natural irregularities, color variations and/or striations are inherent characteristics and are not to be considered defects. Patterns, colors and/or sizes may also vary slightly. Due to the nature of manufacturing, Exquisite Rugs cannot always guarantee immediate availability of all sizes. Every handmade rug has a lighter side and a darker side, we suggest rotating the rug 180 degrees before deciding which side suits best in the room setting. We recommend use of a rug pad (not included). Images scaled to 8x10, Actual scale may vary.
