Dennis Brackeen designed a "Morning Room" for the Kips Bay Dallas Showhouse. Not all of us are as lucky to have a "morning room" so he envisioned this as a lounge for cocktails. It also works beautifully as an airy dining room or an indoor/outdoor room.
